Filters whether to send an email following an automatic background core update.
Parameters
$sendbool- Whether to send the email. Default true.
$typestring- The type of email to send. Can be one of
'success','fail','critical'. $core_updateobject- The update offer that was attempted.
$resultmixed- The result for the core update. Can be WP_Error.

It would be really great if this hook could be per-user, e.g. what if you have multiple admin users for a WP installation and not all of them want to be notified when an aut-update happens?
