Filters the message content of the new blog notification email.
Description
Content should be formatted for transmission via wp_mail() .
Parameters
$contentstring- Content of the notification email.
$domainstring- Site domain.
$pathstring- Site path.
$titlestring- Site title.
$user_loginstring- User login name.
$user_emailstring- User email address.
$keystring- Activation key created in wpmu_signup_blog() .
$metaarray- Signup meta data. By default, contains the requested privacy setting and lang_id.
